A wonderful bottle. It has a mineral and apple nose, and the flavor follows through on the apple. It has a medium, well-balanced tartness, and the texture is really creamy for a dry wine. All in all, the tartness and creaminess work well together and it has nice, long finish, making this an excellent wine.
