Well, slap my ass and call me Syrah- a great find. Regularly $19.00 on sale for $12. Tons of complexity for this varietal, hints of cherry and chocolate, good tannins but not too much punch.. Syrahs in this price range are often lackluster. This is a nice everday wine...I am going to finish off the bottle tonight with seared grouper and crusty bread. What, red wine and grouper? But of course.

Very good everyday red wine for the price. Bought it on sale at Whole Foods for $15. It had a little too much punch in the beginning for my wife but together with food it was better.
