This is a very proud wine. If tasted blind, you might be convinced it was a Cabernet, except for the distinct pepper that hints at Zinfandel. It has a very rich nose, packed with flavor and spice, but smooth on the finish. Though a bit pricey, this wine will delight guests at the dinner table and around the fire.
