Even though this wine is a bit tarter than I usually like my SB, it went down oh so well. After the initial spike of tart, it balanced out quickly and the final release was a perfectly timed ending to the acid and the gooseberry and lime body. Wine Spectator put it in its top 100 of 2005 (91 pts).
