(about 1 year ago)Second wine tried in HADM 430 at Cornell. This wine has a sweet sugary citrus smell, definitely lime and kiwi, with hint of candy; a very pleasant smell. The taste is sweet in a very nice way on the attack, but mostly crisp. The acid comes in mid-way, and you can feel a strong burn with good acidity. It tickles the back of the tongue and leaves a peach flavor behind. Very enjoyable!

(about 1 year ago)Oaky & predominantly vanilla on the nose, a touch of lime. A citrusy tang at the tip of the tongue and a peach kernel bitterness on the finish. Refreshing drink but lacking something, I'm getting a little heat and a lot of oak - maybe not "Monster" proportions, but not balanced enough.
