Bernardus 2007 Sauvignon Blanc Monterey County
(about 1 month ago)Eyes: straw gold Nose: honeydew and lemon Taste: pure honeydew with lemon juice, and honey on the finish. The right amount of sweetness, but lacking the little bit of acid that would take it over the top. Finish is mild and feels slightly effervescent, but lasts a while. Excellent with Asian food, and highly recommended.
