Clayhouse Vineyard Adobe Red 2005
(3 months ago)A lot of heat on this wine (15% alcohol) initially. After decanting and breathing, the wine got much better over time. A lot of dark fruit and a little mint on the nose. Nice balance of fruit and oak on the palatte. Tannins are firm - not the smoothest wine. Still, pretty good wine for $14.
