what can you say about single-vineyard Cabernet? you just smile, cross your fingers and be thankful that you're lucking enough to have this and wise enough to appreciate it. Absolutely delicious Cab - like good coffee really, a mocha, a raspberry mocha, with spices and sage and loam. Otherworldly, unique, a once-in-a-lifetime kinda wine, as 'good' as Opus One or anything else I've had, not that comparisons are valid when we're talking about juice this special. Funny enough, this is not my preferred style of Cab (i like them more tobacco-ie), but I'm just wise enough these days to shut up and fucking enjoy. Had while planting tomatoes in our port orchard house garden...
