One of the wife's roses, this is a very good one. Lots of delicate fruit in the nose and on the palate. Delicate in a very noticeable way, though. Strawberry is what I get, but I see that raspberry and cassis are promised. I can get the raspberry, but I don't get the cassis. Maybe you will. Dry and fruity, as is the custom in Provence.
