I don't care what anyone says, screwtop bottles are just not as cool as cork!

Nice golden color. Clear green pepper on the nose. Maybe a little citrusy. Too much acid for my taste. All the way through the finish the acid overpowered flavors for me. Too sharp. No smoothness or velvet on the finish. I was disappointed.

Insane nose, with grapefruit and grass, with asparagus (w/hollandaise?) for days. Tastes of green pepper - even jalapeno pepper - and lemongrass/citronella. Zesty acidity, with a racy finish. Food wine.
