This wine was a gift, hence the $0 pricetag. A lifted nose of ripe raspberry and cranberry. The palate is initially quite subdued but has good definition and balanced. Strawberry, cherry - focused and harmonious. A very pure, penetrating finish. Just gets better and better as it goes along. One of several 100% Sangiovese that hit the spot. Sublime.
