91 Points - Gary Vaynerchuk "COLOR-really dark; NOSE-V8 juice, so Vegetal (carrots, celery & cabbage); TASTE-Vegetal initially and then a blast of dry cocoa flavors on the mid-palate, back to a really smooth finish, great structure, PERFECT acidity/balance/ & finish; this is an Obscene effort, Great Bottle" GV-91

Bouquet: Wow, what a fascinating and complex nose. Roasted Tomato, mixed with Strawberries, Sour Cherry, Dark, Dark Chocolate. Flavor Profile: What a delightful mouth feel. Nice strong tannins, just a nice balance of dryness and succulence. This is a ripe, delicious wine. Sour Cherry dominates as well as some notes of Tobacco and Dark, Dark earth. A steal for 14 bucks. DELICIOUS!!!!

Super vegetal and herbal. Definitely not a drink alone wine. But pairs exceptionally with food. we had with cheese ravioli and tomato sauce. the flavors of dried tomato and olive in both the wine and the dish paired perfectly. finish was a bit strong for our taste. perhaps more time uncorked would open it up a little. definitely recommend.
