A bit skunky, to be honest. I wasn't expecting that much vinegar. Maybe I wasn't in the mood for an "austere" wine (whatever that means) when I had this. Still, it had its merits. I can't remember what they are right now, but I wasn't completely discouraged. If you find it cheap, it might be worth trying.
