A fine introduction to the Mosel region for under $10. Peach, apple and the signature mineral notes that signal Germany. Off dry, but just barely, with plenty of zingy acid. A fine summer sipper.

Lots of acidity, tastes of fresh crisp green apples. Went very well with a rich chicken alfredo.

Very crisp, peachy, and a bit sharp on the green apple (but I like sharp, so that's good). Makes you yearn for something to bite into.

nose: steely minerals, with peach-apple fruit salad. palate: The thinness of the mouthfeel is a bit of a let-down, but overall it is nicely acidic. Peaches and apples battle it out... by the finish the lean, mean green apple machine wins out. The wine finishes with those sharply sweet apple skins. Very tart - it'll wake a slumbering palate in a second! Some metallic aftertase, and lingering sourness. Perfect pairing: candy corn (Try it!!)
