An interesting, but slightly faint nose of honeysuckle and white peach lead to a creamy, mineral laced body with notes of lime, lemon and extremely balanced acidity. The long finish is fantastic and dominated by the taste and sent of buddha’s hand (a floral/spicy citrus).
