An aroma of smoke and woodchips sharply contrasts the sweet tastes of raisins, strawberries, cherries, blueberries, and possibly just a hint of licorice on the back end. The smoky aroma comes back, however, with this port’s spicy finishing kick, which makes it distinctive and enjoyable.
