Apples, a hint of what Gary Vaynerchuk picked up as cotton candy. A sweet bouquet. Definitely chill well before serving...for a crisper feel and taste. Dry. A bit peppery in the finish.

Very nice...I see the cotton candy and other light fruits. I rather liked it after it completely warmed up to room temp.
