A lovely Sancerre, fruity but not overwhelmingly so, with a soft mineral finish. Matched fantastically with sushi.

Sancerre is turing out to be one of my preferred wines. This wine has a wonderful color that borders on green in the glass. It looks a bit like lemon grass. There is a distinct lime component on the nose integrated with fresh herbs. Brace yourself when this wine hits your palate. It will cause you to stand to attention. There is a purity and focus to the fruit & minerality. The acidy is potent without being harsh. There is a green apple component & honey component that seem to last and last. The finish on this wine seems to last forever. Lovely wine. Works very well with food.

Nice mineral notes, well balanced, cat piss nose (tipical of Sancerres). Drank this wine so many times.
