Last wine tried in HADM 430 at Cornell, with a toast to my graduating class. This wine is the color of red berries, and smells of sweet cherries and raspberries. The flavor is delicious, fruity and full of red berries. There texture is soft and it definitely tastes like a dessert drink.

The color of Brachetto D'Acqui is so beautiful. Like the light rouge of a pinot noir. The scent of this wine is fresh and clean. I know that sounds strange, but I believe that it's because it's such a light scent. Imagine someone walking past on a spring day with just a hint of perfume on. That's what this reminds me of. On tasting the wine, the sweet palette offers itself up promptly. I'd say this is a medium bodied wine that rounds off sweetly with bits of cherry and raspberry. I love the tiny bubbles that create a fun and light refreshment. I'd definitely enjoy this wine with dessert. I look forward to drinking more of it. Yum!

this is a wonderful wine, easy to drink and not too sweet. Low enough in alcohol to enjoy anytime of the day.

I love this wine. It's fruity, sweet and bubbly, yet dark and heavy. It goes staggeringly well with dark chocolate, and is a marvelous choice for a dessert wine. Wonderful for special occasions.
