Our favourite champagne, first discovered at Cornucopia 2004 at a tasting session called "Tiny Bubbles" - before breakfast! Dry but not arid, full mousse, and notes of crème brulée. This is what we celebrate occasions with, and at $55 CDN a bottle it's not a big hit to the wallet, and the taste elevates even ordinary occasions to 'special'.
