Paul Jaboulet Aîné La Chapelle 2003 Syrah
(over 2 years ago)Deep, intense ruby color. Peppery, stony nose. High tannins, leathery, smoky cedar. Lots of minerally terroir, and delicious fruity blackberries. HUGE, ripe flavors. Tastes of liquid rubies. So incredibly intense and totally hedonistic.
