Strongly acidic, no subtlties, maybe some cherry. Flat and bland. Mellows out after a couple of hours, but still lifeless. Bleh. Next day much better - blueberries, much mellower.

I don't know about subtitles, maybe peppery, very light on the tannins. We liked it, it was a nice change from the sweet wines that are our norm.

You get what you pay for with this one. Not my favorite Shiraz, but I'll drink it.

Nose full of fruit and the same in the mouth. Very extracted taste, minimal acidity, near the borderline of fakeness, but mouth-feel and decent finish make it a quality wine. I really enjoyed this wine for what it was: an inexpensive Australian Shiraz. Went well with my burger.
