Wyndham Estate Bin 555 Shiraz 2003
(over 2 years ago)Strongly acidic, no subtlties, maybe some cherry. Flat and bland. Mellows out after a couple of hours, but still lifeless. Bleh. Next day much better - blueberries, much mellower.

(over 2 years ago)I don't know about subtitles, maybe peppery, very light on the tannins. We liked it, it was a nice change from the sweet wines that are our norm.

(about 1 year ago)You get what you pay for with this one. Not my favorite Shiraz, but I'll drink it.
Wyndham Estate Bin 555 Shiraz 2003
(about 1 year ago)Nose full of fruit and the same in the mouth. Very extracted taste, minimal acidity, near the borderline of fakeness, but mouth-feel and decent finish make it a quality wine. I really enjoyed this wine for what it was: an inexpensive Australian Shiraz. Went well with my burger.
