This is one of those wines that doesn't get a lot of credit in the press or in the wine magazines, but that your friends will tell you about. In Texas and Louisianna this has been a favorite for a year or two in the socialite circles. A great red wine for parties and for drinking with wild game and beef. Not as stout as many other Merlots but retains all the things you expect from a Merlot.
