I had this last night at a restaurant (with salt and pepper prawns) and it truly is one of the best whites I've ever had. Very fresh tasting, not at all sweet or cloying. Crisp, zingy citrus flavors but not "sour" tasting. Nice acidity. If I can just find this, I'll drink it a lot!
