I'm not a white wine drinker, but this was definitely an easy drink. Untouched by oak. Malo-lactic fermentation yields a wonderful pear-apple flavor with a slight hint of melon.

Very intense aroma, apple jumps out of the glass, cleaning acidity, absolutely a favorite, glad he kept it out of the oak.
