Dark purple, decent with steaks and kind to animals, I actually work in the middle of this vineyard. Much of it is biodynamic. Nice dark color with blackberry smells.

I drank this wine along with some spicy indian food. I really enjoyed it -- enough to add it to my "favorite wines" list I kept before corkd came around. I can't describe the flavor too much though because it was a while ago. I just know I was very impressed.

I found this to be both smooth and quite light-bodied for a Cabernet. My tasting notes emphasize plumb, raspberry, and something slightly animal on the nose and cranberry, raspberry, citrus, and pepper on the tongue. The acidity was crisp but not unbalanced and there were generous tannins, soft but satisfying. Very good: complex yet approachable.
