The nose presented almond, butterscotch, and citrus with some mild floral notes. Flavors of nuts, buttery oak, and hints of citrus fruits comprise the palate. This is close to over oaked, but it actually balances well. While it is a little heavy as a sipping wine, it is beautiful with cheeses or chicken dishes.

Creamy, oaky and buttery, with hints of vanilla, citrus and some light herbal flavors. This is a nice rich chardonnay. Well-made and better than most oaky chards, but a still little over-oaked for my tastes. Went well with a roasted pork chop with cider jus.
