A dry clean taste. A brilliant pleasent apple taste washes over your mouth with a slight hint of the citrus, and slightly bitter. A light crisp taste is what best describes this sparkling wine.

My go-to sparkler for everyday use. Good for making kir royales or cocktails. Nice and bone dry, no syrupy, cloying aftertaste. Bubbles are big.
