Charles Shaw 2004 Shiraz
(over 3 years ago)Decent taste, but the price is unbeatable!
Charles Shaw 2004 Shiraz
(over 2 years ago)Not too dry and not too fruity. Very drinkable wine.
Charles Shaw 2004 Shiraz
(over 2 years ago)Not horrible, but for cheap Shiraz I think Yellow Tail is generally better. On the other hand, it is hard to argue with a $2 bottle.
Charles Shaw 2004 Shiraz
(over 2 years ago)I believe that if you have to go two buck chuck, then you're prbly best w/ the shiraz varietal because i personally feel the cab and merlot are godawful. That being said, do yourself a favor and pour this one out for your homies. Preferably homies that you hate. Because it is wrong, dead wrong. Don't listen to the TJ's hype that Mr. Shaw has won competitions w/ this wine, because we all know it, he hasn't, and he never will. Anyways .... 2 dollars is unbelievable. Recycle the bottle and you'll prbly turn a profit.
Charles Shaw 2004 Shiraz
(over 2 years ago)Great for when you want some wine, but are going lowbrow.
Charles Shaw 2004 Shiraz
(over 2 years ago)Wonderful wine for a great price. this wine may not offer layers upon layers of distinct flavors, but Charles Shaw (Made by Bronco Winery) consistently delivers a good bottle. And it has won several awards... http://www.encyclopedia.com/doc/1G1-108691675.html http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=1963794 http://goliath.ecnext.com/comsite5/bin/pdinventory.pl?pdlanding=1&referid=2750&item_id=0199-2568861
Charles Shaw 2004 Shiraz
(about 1 year ago)Letting this wine breath for about an hour brings out its full potential. It is a little thin but has good taste. Two-buck Chuck is a good wine - especially for the money.
