Dry, fruity taste with lots of oak and vanilla. Great for dishes with fish or pork. This is my "everyday" white wine. Very good, but not too exciting.

gets much brighter after some exposure to the air. slight notes of citrus and honey. easy to drink but not exciting. would likely be enhanced by drinking with food, it's rather bland alone.
