(about 1 year ago)very enjoyable...wanted to try a unique young American white and this certainly fit the bill...more flowery than a chardonnay and not as sweet or airy as a viognier so quite easy to pair with food...tried it at a restaurant so have yet to find it retail in the MD/DC area...

(about 1 year ago)Had this with some delicious fresh fried calamari with a basil-tomato dipping sauce. Wow, love the nose on this one. The viognier adds a lovely floral aspect on the nose, combined with slight apple, pear, apricot. The nose is rocking it, simply put. On the palate, silky smooth, well balanced, almost no heat. Strong fruits coming through, gooseberry, pear, apricot, some 'rose water' aspect as well. A hint of mulling spices on the mid-palate, clean finish, lingers nicely. I am very impressed with this wine, but for QPR, I think I can do better.

(about 1 year ago)Fantastic table wine. It's a bit spicy, and not bland. It's full in the mouth, and a teeny bit tart, without being acidic. It keeps well. Mine lasted in the 'fridge for 4 days after being opened.

(about 1 year ago)very light with a nice floral smell and taste. The Muscat really dominates the taste of this vintage.

(about 1 year ago)Flowery nose with some fruit. Taste, at least for me, dominated by grapefruit flavors (which is just fine - very refreshing). Not overly acidic, but tart. I like this wine quite a bit. It's a little pricey, but really unique and enjoyable.
