Good wine, but there are better values for the money. Light to med straw color. Spritzy. Nose: Wet chalk minerals, peach/pear, citrus, definitely Riesling. Tasty notes of dry stone fruits, lemon zest, melon and wet rocks. Alsatian style but midpalate not as complex or meaty as a good Alsatian or German in this price range. Long but thin citrus finish.

Adequate. I enjoyed it but wasn't compelled in light of the high media rating. Apple and pear on the nose; apple, pear, minerality on the palate. A particularly full-bodied riesling. I suspect this wine is made to appeal to chardonnay lovers.
