Sokol Blosser Evolution #9
(over 2 years ago)This is an extremely harmonious blend of 9 white varietals. Smooth & balanced with a subtle complexity. Floral aromas and flavours with some citrus and honey. Drink this alone to fully appreciate the nuances.

(over 2 years ago)lovely "table" wine - smooth, sweet. perfect porch-sittin summertime wine.

(over 2 years ago)This is my favorite white--light, not too sweet, fruity and delicious. It's a people-pleaser & does great at parties.

(over 2 years ago)This is a white wine that is a blending of 9 different varietals. It is a great wine to serve if you want to please many people. It will satisfy those that prefer dry white wines like a Pinot Grigio (maybe not a Chardonnay, however) as well as those that prefer a sweeter wine, such as a Riesling. It is a great summer wine, and if you are subjected to choosing only one white wine at your next get together, you can't go wrong with this one.

(over 2 years ago)Really terrific blend--as good as Camus Conundrum, but at half the price. Also in the same family is Ballet of Angels, which has the same rounded, fruity taste, but with stronger hints of grapefruit.

(over 2 years ago)This is a great white blend, approaching Caymus Conundrum, but with a more modest pricetag. I absolutely love it, and it goes over well with those who are more novice wine drinkers.

(over 2 years ago)I loved this blend of 9 varietals. Great for a summer barbeque. Fruity, not too dry, crisp, with a lot of citrus. Pairs well with spicy food.

(over 2 years ago)One of the most interesting whites i've had. Barely sweet enough to be fun, but not overpoweringly sugary. Paired it with a garlic-heavy cous cous dish, and it went very well. I'm considering buying a case of it.

(about 1 year ago)Fruity and honey in taste. Very floral nose. Not as sweet as a riesling. Very good wine. Probably can't go wrong either with a meal or alone.

(about 1 year ago)Light spring yellow hue. It doesn’t have much scent. It tastes like summer, with elements of honey and apple and a texture like that of champagne. The flavor is poised through the finish.

(11 months ago)This is a white that pleases most everyone. It can be enjoyed by both new and experienced wine lovers. Perfectly blended to produce a slightly sweet (but not too sweet), fruity (but not too fruity), refreshing and delicious wine. I go back and forth but I believe Caymus Conundrum is better. Great with sushi, light seafood.

(about 1 month ago)Just a bit too sweet for my tastes, but an interesting wine and a nice change of pace.
