Tried this wine in HADM 430 at Cornell. It has a light woodsy yellow appearance with tiny beads. It smells of apples and peaches. The taste is sour and tangy with good fruit development. There's a smooth texture and it finishes clean. It's very pleasing and refreshing and I can see myself having this before an evening walk... or any other time of day.
