Light flavor with aromas of pineapple and pear. Some minerality breaking to alcohol as it warms. The tannins make this wine. Delightful.

This wine is like the blind date you went on after a few bad dates after a very bad breakup. You weren't expecting much. Also, your friend showed you a picture that was not encouraging. But when you arrived at the restaurant, you saw that she simply photographed poorly, and was in fact quite attractive. Also, funny and engaging. Not a supermodel nor a future Nobel laureate, but engaged and sharing your interests. And you think to yourself, maybe I should hang on to this one...
