it doesn't get much better than this. tastiest cab around. rich, full-bodied, long oak. viscous. i'd try it with a medium-rare ribeye.

Delicious cab, opens up fairly quickly with aromas of dried cherries, tobacco, and damp earth. Good mouth feel, almost no residual tanins. Had it with rare rack of venison with blackberry sauce, awesome pairing. Same night as a $200 Barollo, blew the Italian out of the water.
