This is a sophisitacated, dark and rich red wine that needs to breath properly before you can appreciate the full range of tangy tanins, rich berries and spicy peppers. Great red wine but not your everyday table wine.

After 25-30 minutes of breathing time I found it to be 'fine', but a little shallow and tangy. After about an hour however it grow toward it's full bodies self and was a wonderful red wine.
