Chablis AC 2004 Les Serres Grape: 100% Chardonnay (12.5% alc.) This comes from a plateau of limestone above the village of Chichée, next to the premier cru of Vaucoupins. Cuve aged, it is given an extended elevage on fine lees with occasional batonnage before bottling after 20 months. It displays an extraordinary depth of fruit, intense strong, chalky taste with great length. For drinking now to 2009+.
