This wine is an opportunity to exhibit fruit from our own St. Helena, Carpenter Ranch Vineyard. Aromas of spice, cedar, mocha and black currants on the nose. A body of créme de cassis, mocha, wild strawberry and a layered, silky tannin finish of toasted oak. Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% and Petit Verdot, 1%, have increased the structure, complexity and spice and allow for the longer aging of this wine. 112 cases produced.
