A totally different sparkling experience: the heft and power of shiraz automatically lightened by the sparkling method, and yet not. Dark and juicy, tannic, with flavors of raspberry and blueberry, sweetness a secondary experience all the way through the finish.

Pretty simple, but delicious. Blueberries and dark chocolate all the way, with a little bit of cinnamon. Nice and delicious, but this can only get a wine so far; I think this wine is just a hair too sweet for my liking.
