(over 2 years ago)Tasty one. Fruit comes through. Great finish. Tannins are strong on finish.
Chateau de Flaugergues 2003
(about 1 year ago)We popped this open last night to enjoy with a stir fry - first sip struck me as "tart" and perhaps fruitier than I typically prefer. However, it paired very well with our meal, consisting of baby eggplant, sweet peppers, bella mushrooms, snow peas, french beans, tofu sauteed in lemon juice and garlic, served with a Soyaki sauce over Basmati Rice.. The wine really played off the variety of tastes and we finished the bottle far too quickly!
