50% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 20% Mourvedre. The vines are more than 65 years old. Ageing in foudres (40%), new barrels (30%) and in cement tanks (30%).

(over 2 years ago)Have to agree this was smooth as silk, some strawberry fruit rollup on the nose, raspberry, dark cherry, stone finishing with a great balance of acidity and creamy oak.
