(over 2 years ago)Nice, smooth and hints of spice. Great wine for the price.

(over 2 years ago)Another solid malbec from Mendoza. Medium bodied. Nice spice and fruit. A little more nuanced than some other offerings, but in a good way. nicely balanced. A good wine on it's own or with food.

(about 1 year ago)Dark color, almost blackish. The scent is good, with red and black fruits along with some smoke and dust notes. However, in the mouth in falls apart. The alcohol is not well integrated and you can feel it in the mid palate. Otherwise, good balance of fruit and earth notes.

(about 1 year ago)Soft texture, subtle chocolate flavor. A bit one-dimensional, but very satisfying and a fine finish.

(about 1 year ago)Medium-bodied, simple, berry fruit flavors, mineralized subtleties.

(about 1 year ago)I am agreeing with wine spectator here. Nice wine for the price. Needs a bit to open up for sure. But with a bit of time and some swirling this is a nice little treat, a touch of jam and plenty of fruit with a little tannin action to remind you whats up. This is an all day every day type of wine for me, just pleasant.

(about 1 year ago)Very tannic at smell, but discreet when tasted. Intense black fruit, and round wine.

(10 months ago)It's very smooth, velvety. The flavors are very subtle. This is a very light wine. Maybe I'm missing something, but there just wasn't a lot of flavor to be had. That being said, the flavors to be had were pleasant, I just can't tell you what they were.
