Not only is this a beautiful rose (it is a deep, rich pink) it has enough structure and acidity to stand up to food. This dry wine has the characteristic strawberry nose and flavors, but also definite spice and citrus notes. Perfect for summer. Don't drink it too chilled as you will lose some of the lovely flavors.

slightly lighter than ruby, very appealing to the eye pink in colour. strawberries, blueberries, violet, red berries and spice and citrus apples... white peppery-medium body medium, satin-smooth finish
