Big juicy berry & cherry start with hints of vanilla, bright oak and pleasant tannin on the finish. Overall very smooth. Nice lingering oak on the finish - uncomplicated.

J. Lohr always sits well with me. I can sip it slowly and never feel as if I haven't had a sip in a while. It's gradual, pacing, and not a pink elephant (not social faux-pas: oh no. I'm not drinking my wine!)
