Tasted Sept 2006. This wine is a joke. The winemaker is so ashamed of the 15.5% alcohol level that it is printed in numbers so small it almost takes a magnifying glass to see them on the label. Robert Parker said "This straightforward, tasty 2003 Viognier offers scents of apricot jam and honeysuckle. Medium-bodied and clean" 87 pts. Good luck finding and enjoying those flavors through the reek of alcohol on the nose and the sherry like taste that dominates. We paid $30 for this in a restaurant only because they had sold out of a far superior Sancerre. Boy did I feel stupid.
