Chateau St. Michelle is a great wine to get non-wine drinkers started on. It's really refreshing - and it's affordable, too. I like to have an unopened bottle or two on hand in case we have unexpected guests late night - it's good enough to share but not so special as to require hording it for ourselves.

This isn't a bad riesling and is certainly approachable if you aren't sure you like riesling wines. But this does make a refreshing summer afternoon wine and is a good choice to have on hand for guests who like a lighter and more refreshing wine.
