On January 1, 2006 I made a resolution to learn more about wine. This past year, I read most of the Wine Bible by Karen MacNeil and traveled to Napa for a tour and tasting class. The first lesson I learned is that nothing is true about wine and nothing is false. The second lesson I learned is that the more you know about wine, the less you discover you really know.
