About 6 months ago I drank a glass of 2001 Montes Alpha M that changed my life...it was at that time that I decided to start a career in the wine business! Currently, I am a Wine Bar GM in Southern CA and interested in meeting people that share the same passion for wine that I do! What good is a bottle of wine if it can't be shared with friends and family?

Location: Placentia, California, United States

Did you know Gary is meeting some Vayniacs in West Hollywood Saturday night to taste wine?

No way Branch goes as high as 11th. you guys could use a good WR for Smith to throw to and take a little heat off of Gore...Maybe Ted Ginn Jr., or maybe you get lucky and Okoyee falls a couple of spots to you...Good luck and enjoy the draft...I will be running around to 2 little league games and a Communion ....

Hey Fiorentina, my shirt actually says cropped from family Christmas photo. But yes, I am true Green through and through. Super pumped up for the draft tomorrow....one of my favorite days of the year

Thanks for adding me. I took a class and I got the wine bug. I'm having a lot of fun learning about and drinking new wines. I went down to Southern CA (San Diego) back in January and checked out some Wineries in Temecula.

Hi there. Originally, I had planned on taking a road trip with my friend after I graduate, and I had planned on going up to San Fran to the WLTV event. Because I'm getting married this summer, and looking for a full time job right now, I'm thinking we're just going to go hang out in Santa Barbara for a weekend at his parents condo. Anyway, it would be nice to go, perhaps I will if I get an offer sometime soon. It's possible I could end up working in RSM, so perhaps you'll see me in a few months at your wine bar. On another note, I'd like to hear more about yourself, and why you decided to pursue a career in the wine business. I myself am interested in writing for a food and wine publication some day, and with a background in public relations and communications writing, I think my background is suitable for this venture. I've just got to start figuring out how to position myself for this with experience, etc. My first goal is to begin writing an OC food and wine blog before the year is done. You seem interesting to me... Wine bar manager, but an undergrad student at CSUF studying philosophy. I'd like to know more, because you could either be a 23 year old successful college student with a great job, or you could be a successful 40 year old entrepreneur that recently decided to go back and get the B.A. for all I know.
